Through my vast experiences and travels, I’ve found the importance of awareness and pleasure. I’ve learned the traumas from our past hinder us from truly becoming in tune with our bodies and our minds. That’s why we need to empower ourselves, and bring light to the parts of us we hold in darkness.
Then, we must explore our bodies and welcome pleasure in all it’s forms. The knowledge gained will make you feel aware and free. This wisdom has not only awakened my senses but also shaped my understanding of the interconnectedness between pleasure and the essence of being alive.
